Eleonora De Michele has been working in the Welfare Services sector, specialising in child protection service delivery, for the past 40 years in both government and non-government organisations.
Her extensive experience includes working in frontline statutory Child Protection work as a Case Worker, supervisor, senior manager; overseeing Child Protection and Out of Home Care policy development and implementation and as a Senior Child Protection trainer. Eleonora has been involved in educating community services and police personnel since the early 1990’s when NSW Police developed the first Joint Investigation teams.
